Our ambition is to bring the best of French tradition in Ireland.
With this purpose the flours used by our bakers come from France and have been particularly selected to produce breads and viennoiseries with high quality.
All our product range is handmade following the very artisanal method.
The bread is kneaded, shaped and cooked in our bakery. They are made with flours which contain no additives and with an organic leaven.
Our viennoiseries are made from natural ingredients and are also made in our bakery.
